If you're a current or future client of mine, you must read, understand, and abide by this before commissioning me. Failure to do so will result in immediate decline of commission. Any breach of these terms will result in immediate discontinuation of my services and null any current or future commissions.
Any and all commissions will be thoroughly discussed and agreed upon before any materials are purchased or work is done. Any questions or concerns as well as details for the commission are to be discussed during this process.I currently offer a multitude of products including but not limited to;
- Custom and Premade Fursuit and Fursuit Parts
- Character Drawings and Illustrations
- Custom Character Designs
- Marketing and Advertisement work
For artwork, I will work with anyone sixteen and up. I don't card unless the order is above $100 usd
If purchasing any sort of fursuit product, a photo of your legal ID must be available. Atleast age and birthday shown to verify your age. The name on your ID must match the name on the money transfer app
I do take NSFW commissions but you must be atleast 18 to request these. You also must have an image of your valid photo ID readily available.
If the product you purchase is shipped, you are incharge of handling any fees that come with it unless stated otherwise and agreed upon.Once the product leaves my hands, I am not reliable for what happens to it. I will insure all products for their worth- a and do my best to aid in finding it, but you are not entitled to a free recreation of the product.If a badge is what's lost, I am willing to work with the client to recreate it as best of my abilities and ship a replacement
Any and All fursuits I create are entitled to free fixes and edits up to six months after completion and arrival. The client is incharge of paying for the shipping to and from me, but any extra materials are of no charge.If something happens after the six month mark, I will fix any issues for a smaller fee than refurbishment commissions would be.Note that casual wear and tear are going to happen to your fursuit when worn. It is recommended that the customer learns basic sewing to complete small popped seams.
I accept payment through PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, and Square. Cashapp is my preferred money transfer app, but I will readily accept the others.I accept Payment Plans for any purchase over $100 or if otherwise discussed. I prefer plans of 50%/50% within a two - three month period. However I do accept payment plans for as low as 35% down and $200 a month. The payment date can be negotiated but is assumed to be the same day as the downpayment is placed.If a payment is missed by over a week and I was not preemptively warned and it was not discussed of, a penalty of $50 will be added to your total for each missed month.If by four months contact cannot be made and payments are missed, then I hold the right to cancel the commission and ship out any work that is made at that time. You will get the product as-is.I dont give refunds. I am a luxury business and use that money to pay my bills. I will work to what you've paid and nothing more if the commission is canceled. You understand and agree to this say you commission me.
Artwork Products:
I may take anywhere from two weeks to three months. If you need the piece for a specific date, I may charge an additional fee if it is out of my availability.Physical Products:
I am a slow worker and tend to take multiple projects at once. Expect a few months to a year wait on fursuit products. However, if you have a reasonable deadline (three or more months) I can guarantee a completion. Ask about that during your commission inquiry
Please do not message me constantly asking for updates! I am more than eager to send WIPs when I have them, otherwise please consider patience when messaging.If you ever have concerns, I also have a trello fully public for any and all commissioners to check out progress on their and other client commissions.
I work in an environment with five cats and a bird. I do as I can to limit the cross contamination as well as heavily clean any finished product, but note that it is bound to happen. If you have a bad allergy to cat fur / dandruff, it may not be best to commission me.I do use a Bissel Little Green to clean any commissions and some are able to be placed in the washer, but there are still chances these contaminates will be part of your product.
I have been selling content since 2016. While I have learned and tried a lot since, I am not master at my craft. There are bound to be inconsistencies, changes, or even elements of your commission that are experimental. I will alert you of any of these or, if unsatisfied, will recreate the product to the best of my abilities.If you have an older product of mine and would like to upgrade or refurbish, I will be more than happy to for a reduced price!If at any point you ask me to "recreate this artist's style" I will refuse to do so. I have my own unique style and don't wish to recreate another artists. Go commission that artist if you'd rather have their style, as I will not mimic.If you are unhappy with a part of your commission, please let me know! I will make edits happily. However, if you abuse my free edits, I will charge an additional fee as necessary.
As a client, you have the right to use your product however you see fit. However, if you plan to use my work in any sort of marketing, advertisement, or to sell your own product I must be alerted. I may charge a small fee for such uses or require a portion of the profits for such endeavors if it is my artwork being used.As a business, I reserve the right to use any of the finished products for marketing and advertisement reasons. I will not use your finished product as merchandise, but I can use it to advertise my works or to display for future clients. If you don't want your commission used like this, please contact me to discuss details.
I have the right to edit my Terms of Service whenever I see fit, however older clients will only be held to the previous rendition.
Failure to follow my terms will result in canceling the commission and a potential blacklist from any further commission.
